Alustone is a cutting-edge interior material which is a natural marble composite panel with aluminum foam back panel. The superior characters of Alustone including light weight and high stiffness are very attractive to a skyscraper building, remodeling building, yacht, elevator, etc. where light weight is highly required.

Standard size: 1,200x600x8.5mm (natural marble: 2.5mm + aluminum foam panel: 6mm)

The light weight marble composite panel is relatively strong than original marble itself because of aluminum foam back panel which is very light and absorbing impact. Comparing with original marble panels, Alustone is much light, strong and stable material.

What is aluminum foam

Aluminum foam panel is made of aluminum ingot with special chemical ingredient. Through foaming process, the volume of panels rises 13 times than original aluminum ingot with numerous pores inside. Due to the pores of panels, the product gets very special features, energy absorption including noise, impact, bomb blast, EMP(Electro Magnetic Pulse), etc. Also, aluminum foam panels are non-flammable, eco-friendly, semi-permanent material which derived from over 97% aluminum ingot.
